Release Agent

This is a release agent for phenolic, melamine and urea –formaldehyde resins. It is added directly to the resin. Release agent provides the following benefits:

• • Provides excellent release of the impregnated paper from the plate.
• • Keeps the press plates clean for extended periods of time.
• • Our Release Agent does not contain silicones and does not interfere in secondary finishing operations such bonding, decorating, etc.
• • Improves the quality and appearance of the finished board.
• • The formation of foam is very low in our release agent.

Agent cum Wetting Agent

The product is a release agent & wetting agent for Melamine, Urea formaldehyde and Melamine Urea formaldehyde
It provides the performance of the active content of each of these products and therefore its main advantage is that just one single product provides the properties of all the necessary additives for the impregnation process.
