We are engaged in manufacturing of Lamination pads or cushion pads for hot presses.
Lamination Pads find extensive application in laminating process of particle board, plywood,
HDF and also for HPL.
We use imported silicone from Wacker, Germany for manufacturing our lamination pads, which
is, high temperature, high fatigue and high pressure resistant. It has a good cushioning effect
and stable quality. They can endure high temperature continuously and transfer heat uniformly.
Our cushion pads are more resistant to oil turbidity and have a longer service life. At present,
our lamination pads it is the preferred choice for most melamine laminating manufacturers.

The standard sizes for Cushion Pads are:
- 4*8ft (1470*2850mm)
- 4*9ft (1470*3100mm)
- 6*9ft (2100*3100mm)
- 6*12ft (2100*4300mm)
Length of our Cushion Pads can also be customized according to customer needs, if required.
Advantages of using Press Pads are:
1.Press Pads evenly transmit the working pressure and temperature of the hot platen which
makes the adhesion between the melamine paper and the board denser, uniform, and smooth,
thereby improving the surface and internal quality of the finished products.
2.Press Pads provide excellent performance such as heat resistance, compensation of platen
error, and protection of press plate.
In order to ensure the best results, Press Pads need to be replaced after a specified period of
use/cycles
