Our innovative glueless surface protection film or self-adhesive films are manufactured through co extrusion technique where in the adhesivse polymer is extruded along with the film. This guarantees a residual free removal every time.
We can customize the adhesive strength according to the customer’s substrate finish. These glueless surface protection film have minimal adhesion buildup with time as compared to regular surface protection film and offer a 100% residue free removal under all conditions.
We can also offer UV stabilization in these glueless surface protection film for extended outdoor exposure for up to 6 months. The transparency of the film is much better compared to regular surface protection film.
Presently we can offer these films up to a width of 2100mm in customizable microns and lengths according to the customer’s requirement. We can also offer up to 2 color printing with lamination.
